Serve hummus with a variety of raw colorful vegetables such as broccoli, bell pepper strips, jicama spears, celery, green beans or carrots.

Ingredients:


Hummus

1 (15oz) can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Tahini
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
2-3 Tbsp Water
Dash Ground Paprika

Vegetables to Try:

Broccoli
Bell Pepper
Jicama
Celery
Green Beans
Carrots
Cucumber


Directions:


  1. In food processor or blender, mix together all ingredients. Serve with broccoli, bell pepper strips, jicama spears, celery, green beanscarrots, or other vegetables.
